Dirk’s going to seal Jake’s soul away in Lil’ Cal to protect the rest of the party.
Lil’ Cal somehow becomes a game constant because of this.

Which is why Doc Scratch turns into Lord English
Lord English was there all along because he was Jake.
The scratched session of John, Dave, Terezi, Karkat, Gamzee, Rose, and Kanaya will have to fight him. And it’ll be like that one Teen Titans villian. They’ll kill him, and he’ll just shrink back down into Jake English. And John will realize he just killed his own grandfather.
And then the credits will roll and Homestuck will be over.
